Production

Production at JAA Disain takes place on about 700 m² of heated surface. The rooms were built in 2006 and are thus modern and in accordance to all standards. As we had a say in the design, we could place all production in a way that's logical and perfect for production of adverts. Smaller rooms are separated from the large workshop, for more specific work. Thus we have separate rooms for milling, for welding and painting, for taping vehicles, for neon works, for photoprinting, for sticker sheets and separate office rooms as well. The workshop and all the smaller rooms are equipped with modern workbenches specially designed for the production of illuminated adverts. The most important of those is perhaps the Arete Return Shop, a fully programmed workbench for the production of sides of illuminated letters. This workbench is unique in Estonia, as well as in most neighboring countries. We are also in possession of other, more common equipment for advert production, such as a milling machine, clinchers, different workbenches for metals, aluminum welding, a bench for the production of neon pipes, a large-scale digital printer, a plotter etc. We have three different appropriately equipped minivans for the installment and maintenance of adverts. Using all this equipment is the well experienced crew of JAA Disain, many of whom have been working with us for over 10 years. Our crew consists of 15-20 people as of 2010.
